You're doing great!!! I'm in awe of your exercising.

Loss of 4 lbs this week. Thats the 1 lb gain from last week plus 3. I'm doing the happy dance again. Anita

Hey, I'm sorry about your weigh in. But, if that's the pattern I"m sure it's because you keep building muscles. Keep going ... you're doing great!

Anita's Weigh In

I gained 3 of the 4 lbs back that I lost last week. I have been drinking a lot of water and not runnning to the bathroom all the time like I did before when I drank all this water so its possible I am either retaining water or I was dehydrated to bein with. Either way its a bummer, but I am going to continue with this. That seems to be my pattern anyway. Lose 4 gian 3, lose 2 gain 1. I'm sill ahead.
