This is what Dorland's electronic says about interstitial nephritis: It may be seen in an acute form, particularly after specific bacterial infection, and may result in acute papillary necrosis. You did not ask about this, but Pen Vee K is listed as " pen VK " in QLEDR. Peggy (sending but not with much hope it will ever get to anybody!!) Guest guest
Peggy, Sorry the QLEDR lists Pen-Vee K as " pen VK " but that is incorrect. Pen-Vee K is a brand name and not a generic. It is licensed by Wythe-Arerst Laboratories. See this link and check other references if needed. http://www.primemedrx.com/druglistp.htm#13 PS NEVER relay on one source for information. Oh, and the 1999 edition of Consumer Reports Complete Drug Reference notes the same thing. Guest guest
Thanks Peggy but you probably missed my message that I sent out right after this one saying I was right. I no sooner sent it to I found another place to look and sure enough I found it.
