50,000 on ART from NGOs - Where???

Dear All & Moderator,

I have post a massage yesterday, asking the group

information on, where did the numbers 50,000 recieving

ART at NGO comes from (Kavita Chauhan posting on

08/1104, UNGASS report),.

But till today i didn't see my posting, and this

happen not the first time. I began to feel that the

moderator doesn't want to post my massages, if so,

feel free to take out my name on the list.

If not, once again, Can anyone form the list give me

the information where did the numbers of 50,000 PLHA

recieving ART from NGO comes from? What are the names

of NGO that provide free ART to PLHA? Please help.
