I am dizzy too, all the time. It is worse when I move my head and neck.

Dizziness is a symptom of chiari and documented as a symptom in many papers.

I am. My vertigo comes and goes. I can have it for months..... up to a

year. Then it can go away for just as long. Right now I get it everyday

for a few hours, but is gone when I wake in the AM.
