Guest guest
, I have only had problems with vaginal yeast killing product especially Monistat and gyna lotrimin. They got to the point that I had used them so much that they quit working and I had had to use them over and over again for long periods of time. This is the first time I ever got a oral antifungal for an extended period of time, no one would listen to me. They still do not. I have taken Diflucan alot but only one pill here and there, no one would give them longer. All I can suggest if you have to antibiotics is to get a very high doses of acidophilus and take it like crazy the whole time you are on antibiotics and maybe afterwards too. Also maybe a vaginal yeast med to take with the antibiotic, but if you have a doctor that will help you then maybe they will give you an antifungal to take with the antibiotic. Traci Re: Horrible Doctors. Traci: Have you had problems with yeast that comes from taking long courses of yeast-killing antibiotics? I'm nervous about going on a course of antibiotics because I think it will make the yeast worse! Do you have any suggestions? Thanks!
