I only did a very quick google search but I did find this one mention of Suma

on a list of things that are OK to take during breastfeeding. It was part of

the material on the LaLeche League website from the UK. I couldn't find the

page from which this conference paper was linked, however, so I don't know

more about the context. Apparently it is a German doctor's paper that he

gave at the La Leche league???

Take it all with a grain of salt, I'm not saying I know what's best or

anything like that. With more time I could do a bigger search for you -- or

you could do it too, type " suma breastfeeding " into google and comb through

the results!!!
