That Virtual Model is TOO COOL! I went in and made one of myself at current

weight, then another one for each 10 pounds gone. I think it's a great

motivational tool - it shows that each 10 pounds makes a difference.

So do we get to see your site?

Sherlyn

new webpage

i made myself a webpage of my goals, some of the models look plumper

as i shrunk down the picture, but it sure will help me, and it gives

my typical routine and a contact address if anyone ever wants help

without posting. i got the model off a really neat site,

theres a box by where you can rotate the model when you're creating

her, that says build, you can change it to a bigger, smaller or

medium build by clicking - + or 0. and that will change it first

time i had it on zero i had to change it to +, and now it's a little

more realistic for my build. lol. it was funny at first i thought

that too, but also we are the worst critics on ourselves and usually

think we're a little bigger than we are.

heh heh heh... Yeah my model didn't exactly show the awful roll of fat I

have around my middle either :) But it did get progressively thinner every

time I took 10 pounds off of it. I guess that means that I shouldn't expect

to look like the model at 145 if I don't look like it at 205. But the

difference in me with a 60 pound loss will still be great!

yeah it does not have my roll of fat either. hehehe. but at least

it's about the same size and it does show that the progress will be

noticable at least slightly.-
