Guest guest
That Virtual Model is TOO COOL! I went in and made one of myself at current weight, then another one for each 10 pounds gone. I think it's a great motivational tool - it shows that each 10 pounds makes a difference. So do we get to see your site? Sherlyn new webpage i made myself a webpage of my goals, some of the models look plumper as i shrunk down the picture, but it sure will help me, and it gives my typical routine and a contact address if anyone ever wants help without posting. i got the model off a really neat site, http://www.myvirtualmodel.com

Guest guest
theres a box by where you can rotate the model when you're creating her, that says build, you can change it to a bigger, smaller or medium build by clicking - + or 0. and that will change it first time i had it on zero i had to change it to +, and now it's a little more realistic for my build. lol. it was funny at first i thought that too, but also we are the worst critics on ourselves and usually think we're a little bigger than we are. > I did the virtual model..but it looks better than I do! lol Typed in > everything right, but I guess with my height and weight it figured I would be > a bit more well defined! lol > Amyeb (5'8 " 170, hourglass (just barely!) Guest guest
heh heh heh... Yeah my model didn't exactly show the awful roll of fat I have around my middle either But it did get progressively thinner every time I took 10 pounds off of it. I guess that means that I shouldn't expect to look like the model at 145 if I don't look like it at 205. But the difference in me with a 60 pound loss will still be great!
