Guest guest
You need to take valerian for a while, throughout the day if possible...kava kava is another relaxant, which does not cause so much drowsiness, valerian doesn't do anything for my pain, but I KNOW for a fact I have tight muscles and trigger points and ropey muscles everywhere..valerian caused me constipation, as all antideps and anti-anxiety meds do, I guess it slows down my intestinal motility, as that is a muscle as well...I would give a longer term try. Guest guest
HI Seema, The smooth msucles are the ones that line your intestines and organs. The floor is made up of skeletal msucles and they are concidered striated..not smooth. So I'm not surprised that they didn't work. Most muscle relaxers just make you drowsey anyway, especially if you are not a drinker and don't take alot of painkillers. ....did you poop your pants???LOL TKOPT seema_sura wrote: > Hi Tom, > I have another question for you. When I ask it to work...it winks at me and laughs...then goes back to sleep. Not good when you have a history of anal fissures. I recently did have to take Robaxin for a pulled muscle in my lower back. Boy am I sorry I did that.....I got horrible blisters inside my mouth, my tongue was on fire. That was back in Jan and still I have some burning on my tongue. The blisters were coming and going and now they are gone. After reading a really good insert at the Robaxin website...I found out that it is known to cause mouth irritaion and sores. Nice....
