I have been researching digestive enzymes and taurine. I am planning to

start them as they may help without any side effects. Jen had a big GM in

her sleep last night after 3 months seizure free. She is already on 500mg

taurine and I will raise it to 1000 & start the enzymes. I don't think

there is anything risk or anything to loose by trying this. I wish I had a

Doctor's guidence though.

I was going through deleting all my unread keto posts

last night (at last, an empty mail box!), and there

was some post a while back on squish from Isabel about

taurine and not using it with the diet. I don't know

why. She said not to use it or GABA with the diet.

She's still over on squish, if you want to ask her

about it.

I tried digestive enzymes for awhile, but it didn't

seem to make any dif. Maybe once I get him off the

diet and he's not so sensitive to every darn change

that I make, I'll be able to put them back.

I was thinking about keeping the essential oils in

with him, in the form of gelatin capsules. Maybe the

oils is what's made the big improvement with him.

Anyways, it couldn't hurt!

Too bad you can't find a holistic type doctor.

I was thinking that this doesn't mean the end of

trying to find a more natural handling. Just it was

the wrong one for Chase.

Anyways, good luck with the Taurine and the digestive

enzymes!

:)
