Name of that condition with too much lactobacilli

What is the name of the vaginal infection with too much lactobacilli?

It requires baking soda douches and/or antibiotics?

I know someone on another list that has too much lactobacillin in her

bladder and would like info on it but I can't remember the name of it

so she can research it.

There are actually 2 conditions one is lactobacilosis where the lacto are mutated and sick, they become long rods. this they treat with antibiotics. And cytolytic vaginosis were the lacto is over grown treated with baking soda to increase the ph.
