Guest guest
Hi all, I ment to send the message to all of you originally so Dina you will have this twice, sorry. Remember me with the broken blood vessel in the eye and the doctor who threw me out of her office. My eye is better. All clear and looks great. I would like to know also what to do for fatigue. Can barely make it thru the day most of the time. I work 4 days a week and sing in a sweet adeline chorus and am very busy. Try to get 8 hours sleep but wake up constantly during the night. I have cut my hours at work from 40 to 32 so I could still say with the chorus. Otherwise, it would be too much. It was too mucy. When I went to work the day after chorus rehearsal my body was much and my brain was mush. Please let us know if anyone has any advise. Thank 12 mm ACM 1 no surgery 46-years old What can be done for FATIGUE? > Hello all, > I have suffered from this fatigue now for 1 yr. straight. Is there anything > that I could do to help this? Guest guest
, Although I have not been dx with Chiari YET. MRI in May. I have about80% of the symptoms except headache and constant muscle pain. I am 49 now and have been sick since 1992. For 2 years I fought my symptoms, worked a 40hr week, super Mom, and volunteered. In 1994 I was dx. with severe depression and extreme anxiety and told to stop work. I have never returned. It took me 3yrsto realize I could no longer be the person I was. If I tried my body would shut me down ie> dizziness, lightheadedness, extreme fatigue. Now I sleep 10hrs a night, nap for 1-2 hrs in afternoon, do the best I can withhousework, and do do some volunteer work but not on a regular basis. Result, I feel soo much better and my symptoms are not as extreme. Still there but better. I now have the time and energy to enjoy my family and my life. It was a struggle to go on one salary but we have done it. My advise to you is- do as your body tells you to do - sounds like you need to slow down and perhaps cut some things out . Stop and look after yourself -- YOU ARE NO 1 Hope this helps. Good Luck Carol - Canada not dx. Guest guest
for those of you experiencing fatigue have you had your thyroid blood checked for anemia as these two conditons also cause severe fatigue.

Guest guest
Also wouldn't hurt to have your blood sugar level tested. I had a problem to the extent that all I had to do was sit still and I fell asleep. Turned out to be diabetes. Once I got my levels stable, it cleared up.
