Guest guest
Hi Brandee, if you could tell me a few things please. What exactly are your symptoms??? pain, burning, vular pain, internal pain, back or hip/leg pain? If you are negative for a yeast infection why do you say it is like a 7 month infection? This might help shed some familiarity to the other sufferers on this board. Thanks. Guest guest
Brandee, I think you should try estrace cream and stop the Diflucan. Personally I think it is a great short term yeast medicine but I don't think that is your problem. If it is your problem obviously it is a form that Diflucan does not work on or you would be better by now. When I took Diflucan long term I got a burning rash on my arm that I am pretty sure was a shingles type of outbreak. Same thing happened when I used antifungal on my toenails. Marilyn A. Guest guest
Unfortunatly with the yeast and oxolate diet I think the idea is that you have an intolerance to thease things and that like an allergie it is something you have to deal with for life. Date: Wed, 24 Apr 2002 17:05:59 -0700 the only thing I have seen from people on the yeast free diets is they never can get off of them. they always say if I take one bite of sugar my symptoms come back. so has anyone gotten off of it and been successful? Itching and burning. When it's mild it's just on the front part of my vulva (around the clitoris and urethra). When it's more severe my whole vagina also itches and burns and sex is painful. >If you are negative for a yeast infection why do you say it is like a 7 >month infection? >This might help shed some familiarity to the other sufferers on this board. >Thanks. >TKOPT It feels like a low grade yeast infection so I've been referring to it as such, even though I have no idea if that's what it really is. I guess yeast infection doesn't sound as scary as a vulvar disorder. I guess a more accurate description is mysterious vulva/vaginal irritation.
