I'm 47 but my bones are over 60 (Terri)

I'm 47 but my bones are over 60..damn cortisone. I just found out this afternoon that my many years of steroid use for my MS has aged my bones to someone over 60 who has already gone thru menopause which I have *not* by the way.

I'm leaving for the pharmacy in a few to pick-up my RX for Fosomax plus D in the hopes of rebuilding my bone mass.
