Guest guest
No way to know what to do in the system you're in--you might start by calling radiology where you had the films made--but I'll tell you what I did. I called the film library at the medical center where my MRIs were done (got the number from the hospital's central information switchboard), and they told me what to do: Go to the film library, fill out a form and pay $13.50 for each sheet of images you want copied. Then come back the next day and pick up the copies. In my case there were six sheets of films for the brain and cervical spine MRIs, so I paid $81.
