Urgent Need of ARV Second Line

Dear All,

There is an urgent need of ARV second line treatment in WHO/NACO ART

rollout program, more than 12 persons had already developed resistance

to their first line treatment and immediately need second line in LNJP

ART clinics New Delhi. This 12 ARV recipient don't have option, but to

continue their medication as they can't afford to buy second line

regiment on their own. what will happen to them??.

Under NACO ARV rollout till date there is no second line, not even in

the pipe line. NACO should address this issues immediately if not it

will be a disaster.
