Hi and Breta.

The above is all correct,I havn't had an 'episode' of afib for over

15

months but i still can get 30 sec-1 min runs of this and that plus

palpatations when i realy push my luck and over do the things that

use

to set me off.I no longer avoid triggers like i use to have to.
