Guest guest
Hi all, hope someone has some suggestions. I'm pretty sure I'm having surgery on July 14th. I'm having 2 nerve tumors removed from my spinal column. I'm having them removed, not because of my vulvodynia, my gyno and myself are suspect that they are the culprits, but because one tumor is getting too big, my spinal chord is running out of room. So, after 6 years of monitoring them, I think the time has come for them to come out. Here's my question: I had abdominal surgery 11 years ago, and I was a very slow healer. Currently I am not taking any supplements at all other than calcium citrate. I would like to start taking something, but I'm not sure what C, E, multi-vitamin, you get the picture. There are alot of factors to consider, and I read somewhere that certain b vitamins can contribute to yeast. Also C can make you burn more etc etc. Any suggestions anyone? I have been feeling about 85-95% better and am reluctant to mess with the mix if you know what I mean. But I would like to speed the healing process for this surgery. Which by the way I would rather have child birth again with no drugs than have this surgery. Sigh. Oh well, I suppose these tumors aren't going away by themselves. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks, Leann
