Guest guest
Prayers said. Jeanie (one of the new kids on the block) hello all! Hello all Just wanted to say hi. I hope everyone is having a great and pain free weekend. Sue and I are doing pretty good. We carved our pumpkin today. It looks really cool. We pretty much have just been bumming around the house this weekend. Just relaxing. Could everyone please say a prayer for my mom. She is really sick and in ICU. She had a hernia surgery about a month ago, anyway the surgery site looked infected, and was oozing. She goes to see the surgeon he puts her on antibiotics and that medicine that prevents your body from rejecting foreign things in your body. I just talked to my step dad and he is doing okay. He said mom is stable now, and seems to be responding well. The doc has her so medicated because of the pain, she isn't coherent, but they say she will survive. They just want to observe her for the next week, and make sure her respiration and heart do not slow down again. So please say a prayer for her for me. I shall go now, its getting late. scott "The LUPIES Store" Come check out our store...http://www.cafepress.com/thelupies"The LUPIES Web Page"http://www.itzarion.com/lupusgroup.html"The LUPIES online photo albums!" Guest guest
Hi Kim, WELCOME! I am sure everyone is going to ask how your form of MS is different, or if it is? I’ve never heard of tumefactive. What are your symptoms? I have had MS since ’81, dx’ed 94-95, and it has been a slow progression for me. I am still ambulatory, but I have to walk with aids now. I’m sorry to hear you were in the hosp. so long. Are you doing better now? My name is Kim and I have just been discharged from hospital where I was for just over a month. I have been diagnosed with a rare form of MS called tumefactive MS. This dx was achieved following a brain biopsy. I am eager to talk with others who are also living with MS, particularly those with this form of MS. Guest guest
This IS just the best group, and to add to it all, most here seem so fond of dogs, love, n Rojas, wMS, dogsitting as a Christmas present to four wolf dogs belonging to dear friends. I am on my way out to buy more antihista mine, have been around dogs all my life, and am VERY allergic to them! So, about the people on this list, terrific, no "flame wars," lots of humour! Guest guest
I keep sending (2) posts about this and have not seen one of them yet. The gist of this variety of plaque is that the density requires biopsy in order to determine whether it be demyelination or possibly tumerous. Love, n --------- Hello ALL!
