Parbhani Maharashra: Positive child was forcefully removed from hospital

Dear FORUM,

let me share the stody of a worst form of violation of human rights.

A doctor mr. mt jadhav from Parbhani Maharashra had forcefully removed a child

aging 7 from hospital when he got info as +.his mother and father were also

positive the child later died without any medical help.

There are many instances of this kind happening each day we need to decide some

kind of strtegy about addressing this issue.

The first human right is child right and in this kind of situation if it is

violeted it should become nonbailable crime alike other existing provisions

related to violence against women.
