Guest guest
Hi-- I am taking about 1500 mg of MSM per day and 1500 mg of Glucosamine Sulfate per day... I think it might have been valentina or moria who emailed me-- I wish I had kept it. It was whoever also experienced loose/noisy joints. Maybe until I hear from that person again I will back off on the amount of MSM. My tongue issue is related to geographic tongue, and I found online that the soreness of the sides of my tongue is indicating that I am not absorbing enough of the B vitamins and folate and zinc. I have also been supplementing myself with roughly 350 mg of magnesium a day the past few days, and I wonder if that is related to the magnesium. I just popped a B6 about an hour ago and my tongue is feeling better. It was sore enough that it was interfering with my speech! Ack! Guest guest
Hi , Sorry for not writing sooner... When I saw your original message, the one about MSM causing ammonia, I said to myself " wow! I had no idea about that. How can that happen? " and I was waiting for that person who told you this to say something But actually I am that person but I wasn't talking about MSM. I was talking about glucosamine So if you have high ammonia you might want to stop taking glucosamine. Or at least limit the protein. Also, you might want to stop taking any supplements that contain glutamine. If you get the headaches and... the rest... Alpha Ketoglutaric Acid works great for me. Hope this helps, and again, sorry for not realizing sooner that you were asking ME to reply Valentina PS. If you want, I can send you that email again
