profit-maker, not a pharma-philanthropic NGO! If you want to get Rx to HIV/AIDS

persons, eliminate all duties, tariffs, taxes, EXIM fees, levies, customs

assessments, etc. on medical and related materials....link all World Bank/IMF

funding to Health enhancements. Economic development requires

healthy workers...health denied is justice denied....Enforce

Conventions on Corruption....freeze and sieze illicit assets...redirect them to

AIDS Second Wave regions....get ahead of the wave, and out of the AIDS-Tsunami
