AIDS: Drawing & Poster Competition

Wishing AIDS FREE DAY IN EVERY COUNTRY. As decided earlier we are

organizing a DRAWING & POSTER COMPETITION. Kindly Understand rules

as under:

1. There will be FOUR Groups

a. age group below 12 Year

b. age group 12 Year to 15 year

c. age group 15 year to 18 year

d. age group 18 Year onwards

2. Competition is in two heads : DRAWING & Posters

3. It is open for all Countries

4. All drawings & posters has to be scanned & send your scanned

images to hivfighter@...

5. Maximum size of upload by E mail is 2 MB only

6. If your e mail not allows you to upload kindly contact us.

7. Last date for receiving entry is 21st December 2005.

8. all entry must contain Full name of participant, age, School-

college address, Phone numbers, e mail Id

9. Winning entries will be intimated by e mail only.

10. If needed age verification will be asked for from school or

colleges.

11. Entry can be send to both competitions

10. All entries will be used for appropriate AIDS AWARENESS PROGRAMS

& participants should not object about it.

11. Participants should send their scanned photographs along with

entry or by separate e mail.

12. Winners will be given Certificates.

13. Decision of Forum of HIV Experts will be final & binding to all.

14. No Hard Copies accepted.
