That would be Dupuytren contracture

From Stedmans Electronic:

a disease of the palmar fascia resulting in thickening and shortening of

fibrous bands on the palmar surface of the hand and fingers resulting in a

characteristic flexion deformity of the fourth and fifth digits.

In the physical exam the doc says, " He is has early s/l *dee-pitron*

contraction in both hands. There is a suggestion of positive Tinel's on both

sides.
