hey guys.. its been awhile.. and i've been so bad too!! LOL!!

went off my diet completely!!! and now i am trying to get myself

focused again!!! help! LOL!!

i was soo bad. eatting back to junkfood.. drinking soda..

today i looked myself in the mirror.. and was talking to myself..

saying.. " ok.. time to get back on track again " ..

What's done is done. Today is a new day. Just take it one day at a

time, make little changes. You can do it! I slipped off the wagon this

summer and gained 10 lbs back but have lost 5 of those. still working

on getting back on track. Just don't be to hard on yourself. Maybe

there were other things that took priority for awhile there. That's

okay. Life happens. It takes a little bit to get in the right mindset

sometimes but when you are ready you will do it! I think because I was

dealing with my daughter leaving for the Army in June is why I fell

off. I'm ok with that now and getting refocused. Just do what you can.

You can do it!

What's done is done. Today is a new day. Just take it one day at a

Sometimes we just need a break and need to recommit ourselves.
