Guest guest
Hi Sheryl, Just wanted to run something I read by you from the book I'm reading. The author gives a case study of a 32 yr-old w/recurrent kidney stones & kidney infections. The advice he was given was to stay away from dairy products & drink lots of water from his medical drs. The author ran an ultrasound which showed several kidney stones & his uric acid & cholesterol levels were both elevated which often signals an underlying fungal infection. He was placed on a vegan diet & prescribed supplements. Folic acid & vit C are antifungals, & magnesium & Vit B6 have been documented to reverse kidney stones. After 3 mos he had no evidence of stones. I work in the pharmacy dept at Walmart & a customer who always got kidney stones had been taking B6 and never got them again. If you're interested I can give you the supplements that was prescribed. Good luck. Guest guest
The key lime pie which you ate contains a lot of sugar and also citric acid. That could be what caused your flareup. It definitely does for me.
