Guest guest Posted May 15, 2002 Report Share Posted May 15, 2002 Has anyone felt worse after this procedure? I was on Prem-Phase, but my doctor switched me to Activella to get rid of the periods. (I am post-menopausal). On the second month I started having brown staining and now some red spotting. Now he wants me to have this test to rule out cancer possibilities. My pharmacist says this spotting is normal. I just don't want the vaginal pain to get worse because of it. I'm sure this staining/spotting everyday isn't helping the burning. I'd rather go back on the PremPhase, have a period once a month and be done with it for a few weeks. Any thoughts on these hormones or the procedure having a negative effect on the pain?
