MD's only use Rx stuff. There is no good Rx antiviral stuff. There are lots of good OTC anti-virals. Elderberry (syrup, 1 tbsp several times a day. It tastes GOOOOOD, too!), echinacea, astragalus, grapefruit seed extract, vitamin A (in adequate doses, like 1000-2000 IU per pound of kid).
