Guest guest
Hello, I've had a few clients lately with children with ADHD who are losing weight. In none of the cases have the doctors done any testing to see if there are other physical underlying causes, which is quite frustrating, and of course I've recommended that. We've of course gone through basics like increasing good fats, adding smoothies, increasing caloric density of meals, etc. The parents were not interested in exploring nutritional therapy options like removing artificials, food sensitivity testing or going GFCF. Does anyone else have suggestions for weight gain for this group? Thanks for your help! Cheryl
