Hi all,

I just wanted to thank you all so much for your responses this past week when

I felt like quitting. YOu were so encouraging and not judmental about my

having my little pity party.

I know we all go through it.

I've taken some steps to hopefully make things better.

I called Dr. Batzdorf's office yesterday and am sending him a copy of my MR's.

I am seeing a rhumatologist on Thursday, just in case I may have

fibromayalgia along with the ACM.

I went to see my PCP today (He was closed yesterday). He was very

understanding and supportive. He put me on morphine. I took it about two

hours ago, I feel a little strange, but the headache is incredibly better.

For a short while the headache was gone completely! First time in months.

I know this is just a temporary fix, but its wonderful! Now I need to get

my wits together and looking for a more permanent solution.

Thanks again for being there, you were a light in the dark tunnel.
