As an avid fan of Chopped, I remember this chef - well, I remember many of them, win or not. I also have always insisted that nutrition and being an Rd is all about eating good food, so we all have to push that, excellent tasty food people like and want, over anything else. A very touching story everyone should spread. And live by.
