The advantages of having a mom who ate and cooked everything but the squeal. The

adrenals are two small grands that sit on top of the kidneys and yes you can eat

them. They may have a capsule around them like testicles. This is best remove by

blanching then a cold water bath to facilitate peeling. From there just bread

and fry. Quick cooking will be best. Mom use to like rocky mountain oysters and

I liked pancreatis. The best thing would e to find a real butcher and ask him.

Chances are he has eaten them.
