Hi Melinda,

It took about 3 weeks to work up to 75 mg. 25 mg at a time. I would definitely check with your doctor before upping the dosage. Even though he doesn't know much about Vulvodynia, he should know what dose you're taking.

Sheri--You said it took 1 month at 75 mg to become painfree. How long did it

take for your to work up to 75 mg.?

My gynocologist prescribed it b/c I asked for it, but he doesn't know much

about vulvodynia and taking this med for it. Would it be ok for me to go

ahead and up the dosage from 20 to 30mg. I haven't had any side effects

except some fatigue in morning. Do I need to call dr first, I just thought I

could go ahead and increase it, since he doesn't know much about it anyway.

What do yall think?
