Guest guest
Has anyone else noticed that cow's milk is fortified with vitamin D3, but non-dairy milks such as almond, soy and rice milk are fortified with vitamin D2? As I understand it, vitamin D3 is more readily absorbed and a better source of the vitamin. So does anyone know the reasoning behind this? Thanks in advance!
