Guest guest
http://www.wic.net/waltzark/cysts.htm I agree diet is very important. When I stick to a healthy diet, I notice my fibroid doesn't bother me as much. Also, exercise is very important. I haven't tried those herbs on the website but I will talk to my Dr. tomorrow and find out what he thinks.
Guest guest
I agree with the diet and exercise.Estrogen is stored in fat cells-its why very, very, thin women like runners or ballet dancers don't get periods. We don't have to go to that extreme, but reducung fats and exercising on a regular basis may play a role in keeping fibroid growth down.It is also good for the entire body.So I'm with you there.I would be very interested in knowing what your doctor thinks of the herbs.
