Guest guest
Hi , I have an Excel sheet that automatically calculates everything using Mifflin. If you're interested, e-mail me privately and I could send it to you for a nominal fee. You can also calculate it for free on my website, www.webnutritionist.com, by clicking on the green button on the bottom of the page. It was a pain to develop, but all the bugs are out and it is working great now. There is also a BMI calculator above it (orange button). Happy New Year! Guest guest
P.S. The calculation sheet I sent calculates EER/BEE—NOT total energy expenditure since total EE has to be calculated with activity/trauma factors used.
