Has anyone created an excel spreadsheet for quickly calculating estimated

Resting Metabolic Rates using the Mifflin equation? Like a BMI calculator tool?

Hi ,

I have an Excel sheet that automatically calculates everything using

Mifflin. If you're interested, e-mail me privately and I could send it to

you for a nominal fee.

You can also calculate it for free on my website, www.webnutritionist.com,

by clicking on the green button on the bottom of the page. It was a pain to

develop, but all the bugs are out and it is working great now. There is

also a BMI calculator above it (orange button).

The Hunger Site needs your help in the fight against hunger! Give food to

the hungry every day with a simple click, at no cost to you. Visit

www.thehungersite.com today, and be sure to click on the other tabs on the

site to donate, free of charge, to other great causes as well :).

P.S. The calculation sheet I sent calculates EER/BEE—NOT total energy

expenditure since total EE has to be calculated with activity/trauma factors

used.
