Guest guest
Hi again , The books I was referring to are: " The Complete IEP Guide; How to Advocate for Your Special Ed Child " by attorney Lawrence M Siegel and " Negotiating the Special Ed Maze: A Guide for Parents & Teachers " by Winifred , Chitwood and Deidre Hayden As I said in my other post, I've been at this long enough to at least be known as a " fighter " in our school system. But, I was really impressed with some of the sample letters, etc, I found in the 1st book. The way I see it, I can *never* know all I need to when it comes to 's rights! On another note, we were talking recently about life plans, etc, for our children.... a book I have enjoyed in that vein is " Planning for the Future: Providing a Meaningful Life for a Child with a Disability " by , Grant, ph, and Fee. Can you tell I read a lot??!! Hope you have a great weekend!
