Sadly, these people don't know about testing for Adverse Food Reactions. . .

maybe one of these days they'll actually have a LEAP RD working with them!

But, we do know that " allergy testing " isn't effective, since most allergy

testing is just looking at type 1 and Type 3 food reactions, not type 4. We

also know " avoidance diets " aren't much help. Full elimination diets can be

very helpful, however, as all of us LEAP RDs have learned.
