Guest guest Posted December 19, 2002 Report Share Posted December 19, 2002 I know what you mean. My last afib where I (thought) I needed to go in for a cardioversion was Jan 1, 2000. Guess what I was doing the night before. That was the first time I reverted to NSR on my own. Ever since then, I revert on my own after taking an extra Tambocor (under doctors orders). You are correct about the increased occurance of afib during the holidays. The workers in the ER also told me that there is also a tendency for some people to go back into NSR right when they hit the doors of the ER, as I did.
