Guest guest
A friend just sent this to me - any thoughts?? She has been tested for food allergies and all came back negative. " When I eat ANYthing acidic or dehydrating (every single kind of fruit derivative, tomatotes, wine, vinegar, coffee, tea, green tea, any salt, etc.) in any amount, within an hour or two my skin feels very dry, my eyes burn (dry) extremely bad, my mouth/tongue burn, and I get extremely thirsty. The more acidic foods, such as tomatoes, vinegar and citrus fruit cause more severe symptoms. After a while, if I eat acids esp. citrus over a couple days, my lungs will feel like they are burning and I will get bronchitis and cough, gastritis, joint pain, and muscle cramping, fatique, etc. " -- Ortiz, MS, RD *The FRUGAL Dietitian* <http://www.thefrugaldietitian.com> Check out my blog: mixture of deals and nutrition Groupon: $2 for Five Movie Rentals from Blockbuster Express: Starts 12:01 2/19 <http://thefrugaldietitian.com/?p=15059>February: Heart Health Month The Frugal Dietitian Giveaway enter by 2/21 NOON<http://thefrugaldietitian.com/?p=15004> *Healthy Diet at any Age: We are NOT just looking * *at the years people have behind them but also the * *quality of the years ahead of them.*
