Hello Annissa,

I believe it is safe for a person w/amalgam fillings to take

epsom salt baths, and it may well be helpful. As I understand

it (which is pretty limited) this will help provide sulfate to

the body. This is NOT a form of chelation and will not stir

up mercury. It is more like taking a nutritional supplement.

Such things can be very helpful by mitigating some of the

imbalances caused by mercury but this does not " solve " the

problem in the longer term.

Saunas are also said to be helpful for mercury detox, and MAY

be safe with amalgams. They were used in the past by mercury

poisoned miners.

best wishes,

Moria

p.s. don't use ANY chelation agents until all amalgams are out.
