I really need some help from labeling experts.

Regarding low sodium, of course on a food label to make the low sodium claim a

product must be less than 140mg per serving.

But for meals/main entrees, FDA regulation regarding low sodium and the " low

sodium " states 140 mg or less per 100g. see FDA link - Food Labeling Guide:

Appendix A.

http://www.fda.gov/Food/GuidanceComplianceRegulatoryInformation/GuidanceDocument\

s/FoodLabelingNutrition/FoodLabelingGuide/default.htm

So with a frozen meal that is 300grams in weight it can qualify to say " low

sodium " if it is less than 420mg?

Any help greatly appreciated!
