Their families face multiple stressors. This presentation by psychologist, author, and parent, Naseef, will provide an overview of family struggles and practical behavioral approaches to the regulatory issues. Times to be announced. ******************************* Children’s Week in Tallahassee Hanging of the Hands Project To celebrate April as Autism Awareness Month, ASA Broward will sponsor this awesome project that signifies Children’s Week in our State Capital for our preschoolers with autism from Broward County. The hallmark of Children's Week each year is the thousands of construction paper cut-outs of children's hands that adorn the Capitol Rotunda. Schools and child care centers are encouraged to participate in this time honored tradition. The official Hanging of the Hands ceremony will take place at the State Capitol Rotunda on Sunday, March 30, 2008 beginning at 1:00 pm. We have joined with the awesome group of journalism students at Monarch High to assist with our chapter’s monthly newsletter.
