Hi All,

This diet has been on Dr. Oz, Dr. Phil and The Doctors. The book is said to only

be available on the website of the same name.

I haven't had any of my clients mention this yet. Have you? Also, are any of

you knowledgeable re this " diet " and what comments do you have. It, evidently

is a program that changes each 17 days.

Look forward to any comments.

Who presented the diet on those shows OR did they just associate the diet

with those shows without permission? I ask this because Ray and Oprah

were associated with the Acai Diet pill scam that they had NOTHING to do

with.

I caught the MD author of this book on the Doctors. It seems to be a new spin

on the old " Rotation Diet " where you changed the amount of calories you consume

each day to " confuse " your metabolilsm. I thought it was interesting when he

was talking about grapes stating that they are low in " sugar " . Maybe he meant

processed sugar but as we all know, fruit is high in sugar! Just an old diet

reinvented from what I can see.
