Guest guest
I have not worked with renal patients in a long while and was hoping for some help with this patient. This 86 y.o. women came to me with the following labs: BUN 84, Creatinine 2.97, eGFR 15, alkaline Phosphatase 190. Also, her Triglycerides are 269. Hemoblogin 10.6, Hematocrit 31.9. What would you suggest as far as diet recommendations? She is limiting her protein intake somewhat, consumes 3 meals/day. Thanks for your help.
