We have also had the scales recalibrated - it's not the scales that are giving

us unreliable results (We have also provided staff training on proper weighing

technique). It is the fact that this pt. is in movement most of the time and

cannot be still enough to get an accurate weight - her movements are jerky and

happen consistently while on the scale.
