Hi All,

I am a new member of the group. I have a problem and I joined the group hoping

that you can help me.I have CFS and am severely exhausted. About 3 months ago 3

of my total of 8 amalgams were removed improperly. I started getting worse about

a week later and I still am not feeling better.I live in Turkey. I really don't

know what to do at this time.I am extremely exhausted to find a amalgam free

dentist right now. I am even exhausted to make a search at web. My current

doctor prescribed me ALA and Chlorella but taking them also made me feeling not

better. When I use them I start having increased brain fog, burning feet. I

lately started having uncontrolled muscle contractions on my left arm and

numbness on the left side of my face while meditating and I think it is because

of mercury poisoning but I am not sure if these increased neurological symptoms

are due to ALA and Chlorella combination or not. Right now I stopped taking ALA

and Chlorella and just left everything as it is. I know that the best thing

should be to continue removing amalgams and than start detoxification but my

body is extremely tired now and I can not do this at this point. What can I do

until I get some energy to do that. (I am sure My glutathione levels are

extremely low right now). I wonder if it would be okay if I use Chlorella only?

I have started sauna. Would it help? Are there any other things I can do which

won't harm me further until I restart with amalgam removals?Would eating sulphur

rich foods like eggs help or would they also move the mercury frommy amalgams to

my body. Thank you very much in advance for your help.

Nil
