Long Distance Nutrition counseling services

Hello Everyone....

I have had a request to do nutrition counseling via phone/skype from Michigan to

Florida while a MI resident is in FL for the winter. She wants to continue

seeing me in person when she returns home in May but would like to get started

as soon as possible. My questions: I have malpractice insurance, but do I need

" special " or additonal malpractice coverage? Are there state laws that

allow/disallow this type of practice? I know several RD's offer on-line

counseling but I have no information on how they went about getting established.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
