Guest guest
You got it, Cy! Re: Questions looking for answers Pat I cannot recall, how do you exercise without geting your sugar to go high? Regards, Questions looking for answers What causes this? First, I will note the following observation regarding my glucose level reading and exercise: Prior to exercising for an hour and fifteen minutes, which includes walking approximately 1.9 miles and several sets of isometric exercises, a glucose of 120 or less yields a post exercise glucose reading of 160 plus or minus 10 points, and I feel exhausted for a long time. If I have a pre-exercise glucose level reading of 150 to 160, my post exercise glucose level reading is usually around 75 plus or minus 10 points, and I feel fairly good. Do others experience this? What are the explanations for these observations? Post this message to other forums if you wish. I would really like to know.
