Maybe, you can see if LLL (La Leache League) have this kind of questionnaire

I will ask Dr. Isabelle Giroux (Division of Foods and Nutritional Sciences,

in Brescia University College, London, Ontario) : pregnancy and postpartum

is one of her interests. Maybe, she knows someone who works on

breast-feeding.
