Question about nutrition risk levels

Hi all...I am looking at revamping our assessment/reassessment policy

here at my new job. Here's my question...

For those of you who still use DTRs, do they only see low risk patients

and the RDs see moderate to high risk patients? Do you have 3 levels or

risk or 4? If you could share this with me, it would be helpful. I was

used to only having RDs so it was no problem. If you have policies

you'd like to share too, please do...my email is below. Thanks.
